Tech Fun Diving

Tech Fun Diving
There are many great dive locations around the world that are either partially or entirely off-limits to recreational divers. For many technical divers, they are the reason that they undertook technical dive training. Tech fun diving means deep walls, challenging wrecks, or caves, and they’re the reason you spent all the money that you did on training all the way up to Trimix or investing in a rebreather.
Here’s an overview of some of the more popular places to tech fun dive. This page is currently a work in progress.

Norway
Cold water diving is more challenging than just throwing on a wetsuit, but the rewards for being a little hardier can be great. Norway offers a lot of diversity in the types of diving you can do. In terms of ocean and lake diving, there are deep walls, shallow bays, and pinnacles. You can also go muck diving and drift diving. Norway is known for its wrecks and the Plura cave system, but there is also fantasic macro diving to be had, and opportunities to see large pelagic species in places like Lofoten.
